From on-property programming to curated off-site excursions, guests can engage with Miami’s wellness offerings, culinary scene, family-friendly activities, and rich local culture through a distinctly Ritz-Carlton lens.

A Journey of Serenity and Renewal: An Outdoor Ritual for Mindful Restoration
Set against the tranquil backdrop of Miami Beach, this guided outdoor wellness experience takes place on the DiLido lawn and invites up to six guests to slow down and reconnect through a thoughtfully curated sequence of restorative rituals. The experience promotes relaxation and balance and can be tailored to guests’ needs, incorporating elements such as a mindful tea ceremony, guided meditation, light stretching, yoga, and sound bath healing with guided teachings woven into the session. Refreshing touches such as freshly made juices and cooling infused towels further enhance the journey. Guests depart with a wellness gift bag including an eye mask, essential oil and mindful mantra card to continue the ritual at home.
Deco Spirits: The Craft of the Cocktail
Guests are invited to master the art of mixology in this interactive cocktail workshop led by The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach beverage team within the lobby’s elegant Lapidus Bar. Named in homage to famed architect Morris Lapidus, the bar reflects the glamour of Miami’s Golden Era, adding a nostalgic and elevated backdrop to the experience. Designed for groups of four or more guests, the experience offers a behind-the-bar look at cocktail creation, where participants learn techniques behind iconic drinks while enjoying guided tastings. Each workshop highlights a distinct theme depending on the day of the week – Classic Elegance on Mondays, Tropical Escape on Tuesdays, and Art Deco Revival on Wednesdays. Guests will depart with a signature Ritz-Carlton, South Beach cocktail shaker as a keepsake.
Mini Master Chefs with José Andrés Group: A Culinary Adventure for Ritz Kids
Young guests are invited behind the scenes at Zaytinya — the hotel’s signature mezze restaurant from José Andrés Group, inspired by Turkish, Greek, and Lebanese cuisines — for a hands-on culinary experience designed to inspire the next generation of chefs. Led by Zaytinya’s culinary team, children step into the kitchen for an engaging, one-hour cooking session where they receive a tour of the kitchen and then learn the foundational techniques of mini Mediterranean flatbreads, layering fresh ingredients on a fresh pie dough.
