Yoga fundamentals for the complete beginner or anyone wanting to familiarize themselves with any aspect of yoga-asana foundations. We will learn and practice classic yoga poses in a steady slow-flowing sequence with a detailed attention to alignment and breath, supporting gradual, safe transformation of the mind and body. People with injuries are very welcome. People who just want to stretch out as part of their cross training regimen are also welcome. Some basic yoga philosophy will be offered each class. $18

NEW CLASS: STANDARD BARRE TUESDAYS @ 5P WITH NARWEEN OTTO

This core-fusion / barre method style workout started in NYC and is hugely popular because it makes you look and feel great. This dynamic, fun class of low impact exercises focuses on slimming and toning the waist, hips and thighs while also lifting and firming the seat. This workout will help your body heal as it strengthens and lengthens so you can look, feel and move your best. $18
