Running from August 1 through September 30, Miami Spice invites guests to explore curated prix-fixe menus designed to celebrate creativity, hospitality, and exceptional dining experiences. Havana 1957 debuts new dishes including Fish Ceviche, Guacamole & Pork Masitas, Salmon Bowl, and Cuban Tiramisú, while Marabú unveils exclusive live-fire creations, including its new Arroz con Pollo a la Chorrera, developed specifically for Miami Spice. Oh! Mexico continues its nearly 30-year South Beach tradition with authentic Mexican favorites crafted from scratch.
