UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI MILLER CENTER FOR JUDAIC STUDIES CELEBRATES ANOTHER YEAR OF EXCITING, REVEALING LECTURES AND EVENTS

The Sue and Leonard Miller Center for Contemporary Judaic Studies, College of Arts and Sciences presents an exciting series of events in celebration of their 11 years at the University of Miami. Established in late 1998 as a university-wide academic research center, The Miller Center has provided the framework for an objective, in-depth exploration of the issues, trends, and processes that have affected the Jewish people over the last 100 years. The Center continues to be engaged in research, publications, and outreach activities—such as lectures, conferences, and symposia—to which the university community and the general public are invited.

The Miller Center also works closely with the George Feldenkreis Program in Judaic Studies and other relevant Jewish cultural organizations in South Florida. The George Feldenkreis Program in Judaic Studies is an interdisciplinary, undergraduate degree-granting program that operates within the University of Miami’s College of Arts and Sciences as well. For more information, please call the Miller Center at (305) 284-6882. You can also log onto http://www6.miami.edu/miller-center/.
