On Sunday, March 31, Trump International Beach Resort will host an Easter Brunch that offers guests an opportunity to hop to it and raise funds for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, as part of a newly launched, resort-wide fundraiser initiative to help “86 Cancer.” As one of its many fundraisers taking place through April 20th, the Resort has pledged to contribute $10 of each of its Easter brunch covers to support the Relay for Life of Sunny Isles Beach, Golden Beach and Aventura taking place at Heritage Park on April 20-21. Trump International’s employees are also engaging in internal fundraising campaigns to support the cause.
Following its mission of providing a “World of Difference,” the oceanfront Forbes 4-Star Resort is spearheading a number of community and employee-wide initiatives in support of Relay for Life, a global movement featuring more than 4 million people in over 20 countries that raises funds and awareness to fight cancer. Having formed a Trump Sunny Isles “86 Cancer” team comprised of resort employees and their families, the resort intends to reach their fundraising goal through their Gold level sponsorship, raffle tickets and food and beverage sales.
The first community initiative will kick off with Trump International’s Easter Brunch on Sunday, March 31. Hosted from 12 pm to 4 pm at the Resort’s Neomi’s Grill, the Easter Brunch will feature an exquisite citrus-infused holiday buffet that boasts traditional seasonal fare alongside South Florida specialties. Guests will find a selection of gourmet salads to choose from, including the citrus influenced Mandarin glazed duck salad; grapefruit, lime and mint salad; and a Spring pea and snap pea salad with a lemon vinaigrette. Appetizers such as Gravlax salmon, spicy tuna and lobster quiche; as well as a seafood bar complete with shrimp cocktail, king crab legs, green lip mussels and crab claws round out the starters.
A variety of heartier fare, including sour orange and lime mojo pork, English cut prime rib au jus, Ginger Ale chicken, Florida grouper, and braised leg of lamb, accompanied by an assortment of sides, is also available. An array of citrus inspired beverages including mimosas and orange smoothies will be complimented by citrus sweet treats such as orange bundt cake, chocolate and blood orange pie, orange blossom cheesecake and pink grapefruit parfaits provide an equally sweet and equally tangy ending to the meal.
To satisfy the pickiest of eaters, little ones will be treated to their own special kid-friendly buffet serving fan favorites such as mac’n’cheese, chicken tenders and pizzas, as well as “Sunkiss” floats and egg and bunny sugar cookie decorating featuring a fun assortment of sprinkles and Easter candies.
Putting an Eggstravaganza spin on the Easter brunch and further tying-in the Relay for Life movement, each guest will select a purple egg for a chance to win Trump International’s new “Play Together, Stay Together” romance package, dining experiences at Neomi’s Grill and Bella Beach, and spa treatments at the Resort’s Aquanox Spa; in addition to a variety of spa and dining discounts.
The Easter Brunch at Neomi’s Grill is available from 12 pm to 4 pm for $60 per person and $20 for children 6-12. Kids under 5-years-old eat free. To make a reservation visit http://www.opentable.com/
