A groundbreaking ceremony was held on October 9th for THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands, an innovative luxury residential and office project located at 1100 Kane Concourse in Miami’s Bay Harbor Islands. With the residences already at an impressive 50% sold, this development is set to redefine the concept of holistic wellness living.

THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands is an eight-story building that offers 54 bespoke residences, each meticulously designed to provide a luxurious and wellness-oriented lifestyle. The project boasts over 22,000 square feet of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center that aims to cater to the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of its residents.

One of the standout features of THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands is its 4,000-square-foot signature food and beverage establishment. This dining experience promises to offer healthy and nourishing options, perfectly aligned with the project’s overarching theme of wellness.

Noteworthy attendees at the groundbreaking ceremony included Terra CEO, David Martin, and Kane Sarhan, Chief Creative Officer of THE WELL. In addition, officials from the city of Bay Harbor Islands, including council members Robert H. Yaffe, Isaac Salver, Stephanie Bruder, and Molly Diallo, were present to mark this significant milestone.

THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands represents a groundbreaking collaboration between Terra and THE WELL to create the world’s first THE WELL-branded condo and office project. It is designed not only to provide luxurious living spaces but also to promote a holistic 360-degree wellness lifestyle for its residents.

The project goes beyond traditional residential developments by incorporating a class A office building spanning 102,000 square feet. This includes a grand lobby, four floors of offices, and a rooftop space that aims to revolutionize the way people approach work-life balance.

Construction on THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2025. This highly anticipated development sets a new benchmark for urban wellness communities and further solidifies Miami’s reputation as a global hub for luxury living and cutting-edge design.
