The preeminent Philadelphia Orchestra will be conducted by historymaker and principal guest conductor Nathalie Stutzmann, only the second woman to lead a top American orchestra. Stutzmann will be joined onstage by Gil Shaham, the widely acclaimed American violinist. The evening includes Brahms’ only violin concerto and Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9, one of the most popular symphonies.
