Getting ready to file your taxes? Eligible Miami-Dade County residents can take advantage of free income tax preparation services offered by Miami Tax Pros, a professional IRS-certified tax preparer through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Coalition led by the nonprofit Branches, from January 26 through April 18.
The service is available at the Sunset Branch and Hispanic Branch Libraries to residents who are ages 60 years or older, speak little or no English, have limited access to transportation or are filing for the first time.
