NYY Steak at Seminole Casino Coconut
Creek will host The Macallan(r) Scotch Pairing Dinner on Friday, May 13.
The event will begin at 7:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception at Legends
Lounge, followed by an innovative four-course meal at 8 p.m. featuring a
selection of The Macallan(r) Scotches – The Macallan(r) 10, The Macallan(r)
12, The Macallan(r) 15 and The Macallan(r) Rare.
The courses will include Crispy Pork Belly (1st), Smoked Lobster Hash (2nd)
and Seared Wagyu Tenderloin (3rd). The dessert offered will be Petite Fours
(Sweet Tea Ice Cream, Candied Citrus).
Tickets are $199 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and are available for

The evening’s host will be Mario Freixas, The Macallan(r) National Brand
Ambassador, Florida. He focuses on multi-cultural education for the world’s
finest single malt whisky.
