New Year’s Eve is just around the corner and Miami party goers are invited to start off 2014 at Bayside Marketplace. Enjoy live music and entertainment while watching the city’s most magnificent fireworks display. Guests will also have the perfect view of the iconic Big Orange, as it slowly ascends 400 feet to the top of the InterContinental Hotel to ring in the New Year at the stroke of midnight.
Bayside’s wide selection of restaurants will be offering New Year’s Eve specials throughout the evening, including Hard Rock Café, Tradewinds Bar and Grill, Los Ranchos, Largo Bar and Grill, Mambo Café, The Knife, Lombardi’s and more.
This year, Bayside will be home to Miamigo TV, the official Miami New Year’s Eve live webcast, where revelers will have a front row seat to interact and enjoy live webcasts of celebrations around the world. Spanish Broadcasting Systems will be producing four hours of entertainment on Bayside’s Bandstand of the Americas stage that will feature a variety of top international recording artists, including Henry Santos “El Rey de la Pista” along with the first Latin group to perform at the Big Orange, Oro Solida. The Bayside Marina stage will also feature performances by Maria Con Azuca and Eclipse.
For the evening’s grand finale, spectators will be treated to a tropical fireworks show presented on Biscayne Bay, designed by award winning fireworks house, Firepower Displays Unlimited.
