Red’s summer barbecues will kick off at 7:00pm, when Executive Chef Peter Vauthy fires up the grill and the drinks start pouring. Offering a more laid-back dining experience throughout the summer, Red’s rooftop will also play host to a variety of celebrity chefs, promising the most exciting barbeque cook-offs in South Beach.
