Several of Miami’s best bars and restaurants are readying for National Pisco Day (July 26) and the celebration of independence of Peru, the country that gave us Pisco, which is July 28. Miamians are invited to join in a series of weekly activities that bring Peruvian flavors to Miami-Dade County, which is home to more than 40,000 Peruvians.
