Three powerful and influential female entrepreneurs are headlining the “Next Level Success Summit” coming to Fort Lauderdale on June 6, 2015.

Sought-after power entrepreneur and coach Lucinda Cross, Janell Hazelwood, leading voice behind “Black Enterprise Magazine” and Minista Jazz, a celebrity hairstylist and performer who has worked with some of the top entertainers in the world will keynote the all-day conference. Attendees will learn how to grow their businesses faster and leave their 9-5 job to become a full-time CEO.

Over 150 women from Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach will gather at Embassy Suites Hotel, 1100 SE 17th Street in Ft. Lauderdale Florida for the summit. Hosted by Neoshi Yaki, CEO of Green4Lyfe, LLC and Million Moms in Action, the theme of the conference is “Transitioning from 9-5 to CEO”.  The day is designed to encourage women working a job while building their dream business to seek the tools and resources needed to increase their profits, impact and create a profitable business that allows them to support their family.

“It’s a personal thing for me – I struggled so much in the past seven years finding that something that makes me happy,” said Yaki. “A big part of that is my career outside of being a wife or mother. I found out that so many women were unhappy because of their jobs – they aren’t doing what they really love. “

Yaki took that discovery and made it her passion – to help women who feel like they have no options outside of their job because they have to work to support their family.

“My philosophy is have that 9-5 job but let it be temporary —you have to figure out how to take your passion and make an income from it,” she adds. “Life is short and if the things we put all of our time and energy into aren’t what makes us happy, then something is wrong. We’re sending the wrong message to our children. They are watching us and learning from our choices.”

Joining Yaki is a rock-star lineup of successful entrepreneurs. There will also be breakout sessions by expert leaders who are successfully creating their own empires.
