Get ready to pop some bubbly! The Biltmore Hotel is bringing in 2010 with a grand celebration that includes exquisite dining, fabulous musical performances, fireworks and champagne! The New Year’s Eve 2010 celebration begins at 8:30 p.m. with a gala dinner prepared by Executive Chef Rolando Cruz-Taura. Guests will enjoy a lavish five-course dinner starting with Petrossian caviar and culminating with a dessert chocolate espresso mousse served over caramel crème brûlée and caramelized pecans and served with a chocolate coulis. Open premium bar is available all night long.
 
Guests will enjoy complimentary hand-rolled Cuban cigars and dance the night away to Latin salsa and jazz performed by Raiko Torres & “Son Tres”. Musical performances also include Motown hits performed by Tony Wilson and the James Brown Tribute Band. Wilson served as body double and decoy for Michael Jackson in the 80’s “Victory” tour and was crowned as “the best Michael Jackson impersonator” by Oprah Winfrey and officially endorsed by James Brown as the “Young James Brown”. At midnight, bring in 2010 with a fabulous fireworks display that will light-up the sky over the Biltmore golf course.
 
The Biltmore Hotel’s New Year’s Eve 2010 celebration will take place at Country Club ballroom and terrace with seating beginning at 8:30 p.m.

Dinner reservations are $250 per guest, $200 for Biltmore Cellar Club members (plus gratuity and sales tax).

Guests celebrating inside the hotel’s Fontana or Palme d’Or Restaurants may attend the gala at a discounted rate of $50 per guest, plus gratuity and sales tax (seating is limited). Dinner parties of 4 or more will have their own table.
