In order to preserve the best of what this holiday season has to offer, Alonzo Mourning Charities will once more hold its annual Zo’s Holiday Party on Monday, December 7, 2009, at the Rusty Pelican on Key Biscayne.
Hosted by Tracy and Alonzo Mourning, more than 400 students selected from partner organizations will partake in an evening of festivities that include a talent show, cookie decorating, face painting, great music and dancing, a delicious dinner with all the fixings and a special gift for each child. Students range from 8-18 years of age.
To help ensure that each child has a memorable experience, here are a few ways you can get involved:
#1. Purchase a gift for a child at the store of your choice and deliver it to our office.
#2. Purchase a gift on-line from either Toys ‘R’ Us or Target using registries we have created for your shopping convenience. Please click here.
#3. Make a monetary donation that will allow us to purchase a gift on your behalf throughPaypal, please click here.
#4. Recruit your friends and family and hold a toy drive.
In order to adequately prepare for the event, we kindly ask that all unwrapped gifts be shipped and delivered no later than December 1, 2009 by 6:00 p.m. to our office:
