New Weekend Brunch at The Deck at Island Gardens
Catch wondrous waterfront views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami at The Deck at Island Gardens, Miami’s most exquisite super-yacht marina outdoor lounge. This winter, be sure to check out Sunday Brunch from noon to 4 p.m., featuring selections chilled from the sea, sugary sweets and savory dishes amongst live music and beautiful weather. Try The Deck Benedict ($46) with Maine lobster, Hollandaise sauce, two poached eggs and toasted English muffin; the Smoked Salmon and Avocado ($28) with marinated cucumber, toasted artisan sourdough, whipped feta cheese and pickled onion; or the Belgian Waffle ($22) with macerated seasonal berries, chantilly mascarpone and warm maple syrup. For groups of 11 or more, reserved a multi-course Sunday Brunch Family Style Feast ($95 per person), with an additional Sunday Brunch Bottle Package ($95 per person) available to make the afternoon pop. Guests are welcome to arrive by land or sea, and can sit comfortably at reservable full-size dining tables or waterfront cabana lounges.
