On December 2, 2010 the New Art Dealers Alliance presented the NADA Party at Canyon Ranch Miami Beach, celebrating the NADA Sculpture Garden and the 7 For All Mankind Best Booth Prize Winners Kate Werble Gallery & Francois Ghebaly Gallery.
NADA topped off their successful opening in style, drawing over 650 of the art world’s top artists, collectors and gallerists.
The VIP fete featured 30’ x 30’ video installations from Will Rogan (Sweeter as the Years Roll By) and Trine Lisa Nedreaas (MacDonaldi, King of Soap Bubbles) and the sounds of Le Baron’s Kolkoz.
In addition, Canyon Ranch Living – Miami Beach (6801 Collins) commissioned NADA to curate a dynamic outdoor sculpture garden that will feature works by an international roster of emerging women artists and includes: Nicole Soden, Allyson Vieira, Sarah E. Wood, Sarah Braman, Sara Greenberger Rafferty, Amelie Chabannes, Rachel Foullon, and Liz Magic Laser with Felicia Garcia-Rivera.
An essay by MOCA North Miami Associate Curator Ruba Katrib accompanies the exhibition in the official NADA Program Guide. The NADA Sculpture Garden is open to the public through the close of the fair, Sunday, December 5th, at 6 PM.
