On Sunday, May 9, Mardi Gras Casino’s signature restaurant, French Quarter Restaurant & Bar, offers patrons a special Mother’s Day Buffet featuring a variety of delicious entrées and accompaniments, a salad bar, one complimentary Mimosa, and a chef’s selection of desserts.
Menu highlights include the Chef’s special Pescatore Farfalle Pasta tossed with a mélange of seafood in a marinara sauce, hand carved Prime Rib of Beef au jus with horseradish cream sauce, baked Cod with a white wine and lemon sauce, steamed Snow Crab clusters served with cocktail sauce and drawn butter, grilled breast of chicken topped with a Dijon cream sauce, and oak smoked Salmon served with red onions, chopped hard boiled egg and a cucumber dill sauce.
The Mother’s Day Buffet is $22.95 per person (plus tax and 15% gratuity) and will be served between 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. For reservations, please call 954-924-3232.
