Featuring 100% locally-grown (except-oil, flour, salt, pepper), organic produce from Bee Heaven Farm and our Redland Organics farm partners (some items are not certified, but are pesticide-free). Mise en Place chefs Adri Garcia and Rachel O’Kaine will prepare the sumptuous feast.

Trio of Beets: Roasted Beet and Potato Herb Salad & Goat Farmer Cheese /Pickled Beet and Micro Greens/ Bee Heaven Red Beet and Carrot Mostarda served with a Feta-Style Goat Cheese

Second Course
Bee Heaven Farm Shirred Eggs and Dried Heirloom Tomato Sauce with Sauteed Lacinato Kale and Rainbow Chard

Third Course
Bread Pudding a la Bee Heaven Fruit served with Creamed Allspice Honey

Frozen Mamey Souffle with Spiced Shortbread, served with a Bee Heaven Honey Chantilly Creme
