Just in time for Lobster Day, which falls on Wednesday, Sept. 25 both Pierre’s Restaurant and the Beach Café at Morada Bay will be offering a new crafted lobster menu for the entirety of lobster season in the Florida Keys. Guests can enjoy the new seafood offerings from 5 – 10 p.m. daily until March 31.
Morada Bay’s Florida Lobster Season Menu:
- Chilled Sliced Florida Lobster with Lemon Aioli
- Chilled Lobster Salad featuring Mixed Leaf Lettuce, Avocado, Palm Hearts, Watermelon Radish, and Green Goddess Dressing
- Warm Lobster Brioche with Bib Lettuce, Tajin, and Smoked Paprika Butter
- Grilled Shell on Lobster served with French Fries, Slightly Spicy Pikliz, and Lobster Broil Butter Sauce
- Flambé Lobster in Cognac & Cream, accompanied by Butternut Squash and Steamed Jasmine Rice
