Miami City Ballet (MCB) Open Barre
Get an up close and personal look at Miami City Ballet (MCB) dancers as they grace the stage on their home turf at MCB Studios in Miami Beach. February’s Open Barre series will include Flower Festival Pas de Deux, Sonatine, Don Quixote Pas de Deux and Concerto Barocco. Open Barre affords audiences a chance to watch four dances, each as exciting as they are different, in the intimacy of a 200-seat studio theatre.
Following Saturday night’s Open Barre performance, audience members are invited to Aero Bar (located within walking distance from MCB Studios at 247 23rd Street) in Miami Beach to enjoy a complimentary cocktail.
The Open Barre Dance Series is part of MCB’s “Dancer Journal” Program on Miami Beach, which showcases interesting, Company-related topics.
