The 2010 Mercy Hospital Gala pays tribute to Mercy Hospital’s 60th anniversary and will be hosted by the Board of Directors of Mercy Foundation and Diamond Gala Chairs Mr. & Mrs. Jacobo Gadala-María, Jr. and Dr. & Mrs. Rolando De Léon. Distinguished honorees of this year’s event are The Past Presidents of the Mercy Medical Staff.
Local fashion designers Mayda Cisneros, Rene Ruiz, Victoria Lopez Castro, Gabriela Arango, Yoly Munoz and Rosina Malta (fur designer) are creating couture gowns and a fur, to be unveiled at the Gala. The gowns and the fur will be designed in the colors of the Gala (purple and/or red) and sold in the Gala’s silent auction, proceeds of which benefit the Mercy Foundation, which helps in the delivery of excellent, compassionate health care to the community.
