Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden and Books & Books will present a reading and book signing with bestselling author, Mark Bittman on Wednesday, October 6 at 6:00 p.m. at Fairchild.
Bittman’s New York Times bestseller Food Matters sounded the alarm about our unsustainable eating habits and their effects on our health and the environment. In his much-anticipated follow-up, The Food Matters Cookbook: 500 revolutionary Recipes for Bettter Living, he offers readers dishes that make conscious, sustainable eating a pleasure.
