Marine Catering Expo 2020

June 16-17, 2020

Marine Catering Expo was initially launched in 2018 to coincide with Cruise Ship Interiors Expo America (formerly known as Cruise Ship Interiors Expo Miami).
The event has been renamed from ‘Marine Catering Expo’ to ‘Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America’ to reflect its expanded focus of delivering guest experience.
The free-to-attend expo & conference will now incorporate all aspects of the cruise hospitality chain.

In 2019, Marine Catering Expo (MCE) brought together the entire marine catering supply chain to the Miami Beach Convention Center. Co-located with Cruise Ship Interiors Expo America, MCE welcomed leading marine suppliers including Rational, Welbilt, Hobart, and more.

After listening to the feedback of exhibitors and attendees, as well as the show’s esteemed advisory board, Marine Catering Expo decided to revise its focus to expand into the entire guest experience chain. To reflect its updated focus, the show’s name has also changed to ‘Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America’. The free-to-attend expo & conference will now encompass marine suppliers covering various aspects of guest experience, from housekeeping to F&B and everything in between.

Returning to Miami in 2020, Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America (CSH) will continue to be co-located with Cruise Ship Interiors Expo America (CSI) at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The revised expo & conference will take place on June 16-17.

Last year’s event, including Cruise Ship Interiors Expo America, attracted approaching 3,000 attendees. With the revised focus, CSH is expected to pool an even larger audience of relevant attendees from the hospitality sector.

Commenting on the event’s name change and shift in focus, advisory board member and Vice President of Us Hotel Operations at MSC Cruises Mark Zeller commented:

“It’s our aim to continuously improve and become the premier hospitality event for the cruise industry. With the guest experience at the heart of the show, evolving from ‘Marine Catering Expo’ into ‘Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America’ will allow us to attract even more qualified attendees to the event, specifically vendors and industry professionals whose products and services offer a superior hospitality experience for cruise guests. This includes suppliers who provide a range of services and products such as IT technologies, equipment and amenities, food and beverage offerings, entertainment technologies, and activities for both cruise ships and private islands.”
