Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla. is bringing back major poker tournaments with the return of the Lucky Hearts Poker Open (LHPO), kicking off Thursday, Jan. 14. Primary events kick off with the $600 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em opener featuring six opening flights and a $300,000 guaranteed prize pool. The tournament culminates with the $3,500 World Poker Tour (WPT) LHPO Main Event Friday, Jan. 22 through Tuesday, Jan. 26 boasting a $1 million guarantee.
Guests can enjoy peace of mind while playing at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood with its company-wide Safe + Sound initiative, dedicated to protect guests and team members. In addition to thermal temperature scanning upon entry and mandatory masks/face coverings policy, all tables are outfitted with protective Plexiglas between dealer and players, and in between players. To encourage social distancing, there will be a reduction in the number of total tables and each table will be eight-handed. All chips and cards will undergo routine cleaning, and all areas will be sanitized once a player leaves the table. Hand sanitizer and face masks are available for all guests.
