This South Beach Wine & Food Festival, LPM Restaurant & Bar, Miami presented a collaborative lunch hosted by Cédric Vongerichten and Allan Esterhuizen. Cédric Vongerichten opened the doors to his inaugural venture Wayan, a French-Indonesian restaurant located in the heart of New York in 2019, and it has quickly risen to stardom, becoming a shining star in the culinary constellation. Allan Esterhuizen has spent the last five years across LPM’s global locations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, Doha, and now serves as the head chef at LPM Miami.

The collaborative lunch featured imaginative dishes blending the distinct styles of the two chefs to create a one-of-a-kind culinary experience perfectly paired with a hand selected wine for each dish. The lunch began with a reception with Oysters with Passionfruit Mignonette from Cédric Vongerichten and Croquettes De Bar Du Chilli from Allan Esterhuizen. The family style lunch included dishes such as a delectable Beef Tenderloin from Cédric Vongerichten and artful Canard à L’Orange from Allan Esterhuizen.

The culinary journey ended with an array of sweet selections including Mousse Au Chocolat Chaud Et Glace à L’Orge and Gâteau Au Fromage Frais. Chefs Cédric Vongerichten and Allan Esterhuizen collaborated to deliver a culinary experience rooted in mixing playfulness with fine dining.
