Locust Projects receives funding from The Andy Warhol Foundation

Locust Projects is pleased to announce that the organization has been granted funding from The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts towards its 2011 and 2012 programming.

The funding comes through the Warhol Initiative, an invitational program designed to bolster the organizational capacity of small and mid-sized, artist-centered organizations across the country. Historically under-funded, these groups serve as vital breeding grounds for artistic experimentation, professional development and community engagement with art.  The Foundation is a national funder supporting a diverse array of projects and organizations around the country and abroad.
