The music of Whitney Houston and Donna Summer will come to life when the Lips, the ultimate in drag dining, presents “A TRIBUTE” to benefit Women In Distress on Sunday, September 23. This exclusive dinner and show, hosted by leading female illusionist Diva, will relive the memories of such great talent who are no longer with us.
This special fundraiser signifies the third benefit presented by Lips for Women In Distress. Keeping with the tradition, WID supporters will experience an entirely exclusive show orchestrated with love and support for those dealing with the effects of domestic violence. Favorite songs such as Last Dance, Bad Girls, I Want to Dance With Somebody, Step by Step, I Will Always Love You and more will bring back great memories and pay tribute to two amazing pop artists.

Guests will enjoy the Las Vegas style female impersonator show, a delicious three-course meal with one complimentary glass of wine or world famous Lips’ frozen cosmo, all for $50. A VIP package for $75 per person also includes premium seating for dinner and the show, a champagne reception with a meet and greet with cast members of Lips and one raffle ticket.

Diva will be joined by an incredible cast of performers for this special benefit. Six nights a week and every Sunday afternoon guest of Lips always enjoy their favorite performers including Nicolette, Misty Eyes, Twa La Rouge, April, Charlize, Chocolata, Deja, Franchesque, Martina, Nicole and Velvet.
When it comes to dining, Lips is oh so drag-a-licious with its popular menu of drag queen-inspired delicious salads, appetizers, entrees and desserts. To enhance the dining experience, Lips offers a full-bar serving its world famous frozen cosmos and other great specialty drinks.
The fun never ends at Lips, with sister locations in New York and San Diego, six nights a week from Tuesday through Sunday and every Sunday afternoon for Lips ever-popular Gospel Brunch. Friday and Saturday nights there are two shows. A show cover charge of $5 applies on most weekdays and $7 on weekends.
