Flame Caffe & Grillaims to increase the heat index on Miami’s dining scene by infusing multi-cultural flavors into first-class American cuisine. Upon arrival guests are greeted with grilled rosemary focaccia served with a whipped white bean and garlic hummus. Appetizers include Wild Mushroom Vol-au-Vent ($11), wild porcini mushrooms sautéed in crushed garlic, herbs and white wine and served in a delicate pillow of puff pastry finished with a light mushroom cream sauce and truffle oil; Carpaccio Rustico ($12), thinly sliced beef tenderloin crusted with fresh Herbs de Provence, served with baby arugula and topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano, crushed black pepper and extra virgin olive oil; and Salmon Ceviche ($11), diced sushi-grade Atlantic salmon, shallots confit, capers, chives, jalapenos and whipped cream cheese splashed with fresh-squeezed lemon juice.

 

The entrée menu boasts premium hand cut beef ranging from Filet Mignon ($36), 8-ounce center cut, angus beef tenderloin sautéed in a green peppercorn butter, served in a cognac sauce with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus; Mandarin Skirt Steak ($26), 14-ounce skirt steak marinated in mandarin oranges, herbs, merlot soaked mushrooms and pearl onions with sautéed spinach and goat cheese polenta; seafood such as Maine Lobster ($36), one and a half pounds of fresh lobster steamed, baked or grilled with potato rosti and grilled asparagus and Grilled Salmon Steak($19), center cut Scottish salmon cooked medium rare, drizzled with Florida mango Dijon mustard beurre blanc over truffle risotto and tomato concasse.

 

Open flame grilled pizzas include Antipasto ($15), roasted tomato concasse, arugula, olives, prosciutto and parmigiano flakes; Caprese ($14), fresh tomato, imported buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil-infused olive oil and a balsamic reduction and Margherita ($12) organic roasted Campari Filetto tomatoes and three cheeses finished with extra virgin olive oil.

 

Side dishes are made to order for two and include Goat Cheese Polenta ($7), Truffle Garlic French Fries ($7) and Sautéed Broccolini ($6).

 

Homemade desserts are hand crafted daily including Hot Chocolate Soufflé ($9) served with vanilla bean ice cream, Cointreau Crème Brule ($11) and Caramel Apple Cobbler ($7) complimented by specialty cappuccinos and espressos starting at $4.

 

The full bar features signature cocktails made with premium, top shelf liqueur, domestic and imported beers and an international wine list.
