United Way of Broward County is proud to announce that nine Fort Lauderdale businesses will join together to partner with MISSION UNITED in honor of National Military Appreciation Month in May. MISSION UNITED, a joint partnership between United Way of Broward County and American Red Cross is a critical new program supporting US military service members, veterans and their families in Broward County by helping them re-acclimate to civilian life.
The Museum of Art | Fort Lauderdale, Grille 401, SoLita Italian Restaurant & The Parlor Lounge, Riverside Hotel, Cheese Culture, The Golden Lyon Vintage Pub, Preston’s Wine & Martini Lounge, Wild Sea Oyster Bar & Grille and Indigo Restaurant will offer specials and discounts to U.S. military service members and veterans throughout the entire month of May to honor the current and former members of the U.S. Armed Forces.
