Celebrating Easter is indeed a tradition to many families, which is why the culinary team at Sofitel Miami has put together an elegant Easter Sunday Brunch, sophisticated to the palate, yet warm and welcoming to the hearts.
The scrumptious buffet that Chef Pierre Sudre has prepared consists of 6 stations, served with a flow of Prosecco or Mimosas.
Start with the breakfast station, where the crispy French baguette, waffles, and French crepes will make you travel in a world of flavors, while your “A La Minute” omelet is being prepared with your choice of ingredients.
Continue with the seafood station composed of shrimp cocktail, Atlantic smoked salmon, amazingly fresh Ceviche, and many other delights…The carving station, a true pleasure for the senses, will feature a slow roasted Angus prime rib, baked leg of lamb with rosemary, and an amazing veal Wellington with Apple Calvados sauce…While the grand salad bar will offer goat cheese, walnuts, chicken salads and crudités that will create a true synergy when melting in your mouth…
The entrees & live barbecue station will evoke a fresh taste of Mediterranean flavors that will perfectly match the spiciness of chipotle Pomodoro & barbecue skewers grilled right before you…
To finish this wonderful experience in the sweetest way, the desert station will have a fine selection of French pastries, and a selection of cheese.
