JW Marriott Marquis Miami Showcases Samsung LED Hotel TVs by PDI-SAT

PDI-SAT, a Master System Operator for DIRECTV® and Nationwide Authorized Reseller for Samsung Hospitality, unveiled the latest technology available to hotels in the new JW Marriott Marquis located in the heart of downtown Miami, which recently opened in late 2010.

Equipped with state of the art 55″ LED and 52″ LCD Samsung HDTV Flat Panels and a Premium line-up of 48 Channels of all High-Definition DIRECTV programming in every single guest room, the hotel boasts one of the best HDTV experiences in North America.

JW Marriott Marquis in Miami is state-of-the-art from top to bottom. It is the first of its kind in terms of technology. “Being that this was the first ever JW Marriott Marquis in the World, we wanted something special,” said Nicholas Corrochano, VP of Information Technology for MDM Group. By selecting Samsung and providing one of the largest packages of DIRECTV HD Programming in the marketplace to date, they have definitely raised the bar.

A first of its kind, all public areas such as the Sports bar, Cafe Shoppe, in-door bowling alley, meeting rooms, executive suites, and lounge areas, boast Samsung’s latest LED technology for hotels. “Samsung is the leader in innovation and style no matter what market they are in,” said Jason Cohen, VP of Sales for PDI-SAT. “By bringing award winning designs and incorporating the latest hotel features, the newest line of Samsung Hotel TVs are second to none and go far beyond expectations.”
