Free Gospel Sundays: The Kingdom Choir

Sunday, April 26

Following their show-stopping performance of Stand By Me at the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, London’s The Kingdom Choir will bring their infectious joy and inspiration to the Arsht Center!

Founded in 1994 by award-winning conductor Karen Gibson, the choir draws from various Christian traditions and is dedicated to creating a sound that reflects the community they share through their warm energy and enthusiastic performances. The Choir’s rendition of Stand By Me went straight to the top of the Billboard charts and they’ve gotten over 10 million views on YouTube. Their success at the Royal Wedding has seen them on several UK and American television appearances including ABC’s Good Morning America and CBS This Morning

*Details about First-Access Passes and the Standby Line
Free Gospel Sundays is a very popular series and, occasionally, First-Access Passes are fully reserved. We do our best to accommodate all our guests in the standby line including those without a pass – and we usually can!

First-Access Passes do not guarantee admission. There is a 4 pass limit per guest. First-Access Passes give guests access to seats beginning one hour prior to curtain and seating is “first come, first admitted” for the performance. First-Access Passes expire 15 minutes prior to show time.

Guests without a First-Access Pass, and any Pass holders who arrive after 4:15 p.m., are invited to join the standby line beginning at 3:30 p.m. Guests in the standby line will be seated beginning at 4:15 p.m. – if seats are still available.

Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy a variety of pre-show activities and giveaways before each performance.

Spread the love!
