Created in 2015, Flawless Icon was originally located on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami in a 1,000 square foot space that was always packed with a line out the door. Fortuitously, Melanie connected with businessman and investor Jean Paul, who was so impressed with her startup success that he partnered with her to strengthen and expand the brand. In 2018, they launched a rebooted Flawless Icon in a sparkling, all white space in the newly dubbed Magic City Innovation District off Biscayne Boulevard and 79th Street. The expansive, standalone building features 5,000 square feet of space, 14 treatment rooms and a welcoming lobby. A second, franchise location debuted in Davie in 2019 and a third Flawless Icon is set to open in 2020 in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti.
