The Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis, in conjunction with Bal Harbour Shops and BocceNation.com, will host a Celebrity Bocce Tournament which will serve as the Miami Kick-off to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Great Sports Legends Dinner which is on Monday, September 27th at the Waldorf=Astoria in New York City.
This event will be hosted during Fashion’s Night Out. Bal Harbour Shops presents the South Florida edition of New York City’s Fashion’s Night Out, originated by Vogue Magazine. The Bal Harbour Shops’ edition of this global initiative invites the fashion world and specifically retailers and customers to support The Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis/The Miami Project. A Target Bocce court will also be constructed offering guests, shoppers and celebrities the opportunity to “roll for prizes” (think closest to the pin in golf). This fun event will feature fab fare, cocktails and is designed to increase awareness, as well as raise funds for The Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis. In addition to all the sporty fun happening on the courts, The Buoniconti Fund will host a spectacualr Buy it Now Store featuring sports memorabilia, trips and much more! Guests are invited to play Bocce Ball and join in on all of the fun!
