The spa’s signature Core Fusion® workouts are the core ingredient of the program– no pun intended! The mind body Core Fusion® fitness classes fuse the disciplines of core conditioning, Pilates, the Lotte Berk Method, interval cardio training and yoga to produce body-shaping results. Program participants are encouraged to take a minimum of four mind body classes per week. However, participants can take as many as they would like throughout the six weeks. In conjunction with the fitness regimens, 60-minute nutrition and wellness sessions each week will provide comprehensive nutritional evaluations to overhaul and tweak eating habits. Other perks of the program include access to an online community to share tips and success stories, a 25% discount on all spa and healing services throughout the six-week program, including body therapies, facials and acupuncture and a 10% discount on all retail purchases throughout the six-week program.
This six-week program is available at $750 for spa members and $1,200 for non-members. Participants that join with a friend each will receive a complimentary 60-minute Fusion massage.
