Executive Chef John Critchley of Area 31 will showcase items from the restaurant’s Miami Spice menu at a cooking demonstration at Whole Foods Market – Coral Gables on Tuesday, September 7 at 7 pm. Guests will learn how to make a Watermelon Salad (local watermelons, stone fruit, ricotta cheese and Minus 8 Vinegar) and Local Yellowtail Snapper (red lentil, sumac and preserved citrus) during the lifestyle cooking class. Following the class, guests will be able to sample the dishes created.
