On Thursday, July 30, his new light and airy pop up café in Palm Court will stay open late and offer a prix fixe menu of 4 set courses with wine pairings for $75, excluding tax and gratuity. From the first toast of Bonny Doone bubbles to the mango-coconut rice pudding, this is a dinner table you want to gather around. Among the preparations are roasted eggplant with coconut milk, chili paste, toasted garlic and mint and a caramelized and braised Kingfish with cucumber and pickled mustard greens that will pair with a Marsanne from Rhodaniennes, France. The event will be set up inside with communal seating and tickets are available online exclusively in advance for seatings beginning at 7PM.
