DJ Irie, the official DJ for the Miami Heat, brought his incredibly creative vibe to Kendale Lakes when he appeared as a “Celebrity Banker” at BankAtlantic’s Kendale Lakes Branch on Friday, November 4th. Recently named Brand Ambassador for BankAtlantic, DJ Irie greeted customers from 12 noon to 1 pm at the BankAtlantic branch, located in Kendall.
As part of its “Celebrity Banker” program, BankAtlantic is planning for a number of local celebrities to visit various locations throughout the year. In visiting the banks, customers will have an opportunity to meet a local celebrity – whether it’s an entertainment artist like DJ Irie, or other leaders of industry and the community. Other celebrities who have already appeared at BankAtlantic branches include Former Miami Dolphin Star Channing Crowder and Superstar musician and songwriter Willie Stewart of the band Third World. The celebrities will also have a chance to provide information on their own charities.
