Two James Beard Award-winning chefs, Tony Mantuano and Marc Vetri, join forces with LDV Hospitality’s own Executive Chef Paolo Dorigato of Dolce Italian to present an evening of their revered culinary talents. Mantuano is known for his Michelin-starred restaurant Spiaggia and Cafe Spiaggia in Chicago, IL and Vetri is the force behind the critically acclaimed Vetri Family of Restaurants in Philadelphia, PA. Mantuano has been a driving force behind the preservation of authentic Italian cuisine in the United States, Vetri – classically trained in Bergamo, Italy – has become renowned for the bold and contemporary flavors he brings to his cuisine, and Dorigato’s Northern Italian flavors were perfected in the kitchens of the legendary Cipriani and Le Cirque. Together, these three maestros will turn Dolce Italian into their own Italian dining respite for this tour de forcedinner with wine from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio paired with each course.
