Chef, restaurateur, popular Food Network personality, cookbook author, and self-proclaimed carnivore Michael Symon brings the fire as he pairs with world-renowned Chef Michael Mina for one night only at SOBEWFF®.  Festival-regular Mina opens up the doors to his always-packed Bourbon Steak at Turnberry Isle Miami – currently helmed by South Florida favorite Executive Chef Gabriel Fenton – to Symon for a unique dining experience, paired with wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio that encompasses both classic tricks and new treats for one night only.
