Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood’s award-winning fine-dining restaurant, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood will be hosting a Chateau Uenae Wagyu Wine Pairing Dinner on Wednesday, Sept. 20.
Guests can expect a three-course dinner prepared by Council Oak’s culinary team, led by Executive Chef Ryan Balce. Each course will be paired with expertly selected wines. The Welcome Reception begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The price is $200 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).
