Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood from Friday, Sept. 15 through Sunday, Oct. 15. Hispanic Heritage Month is a time to celebrate the rich and diverse cultures of Hispanic and Latin Americans and learn about their history and contributions to the U.S.

Abiaka Hosts Chef Michelle Bernstein for Sra. Martinez Pop-UpAbiaka is hosting James Beard Award-winning Chef Michelle Bernstein for a four-day culinary pop-up from Thursday, Sept. 28 through Sunday, Oct. 1. The pop-up will give guests an early glimpse into the dynamic food, drinks and entertainment coming to Bernstein’s highly anticipated opening of Sra. Martinez, slated to open in early 2024 in Coral Gables. The new concept is a modern take on the beloved and award-winning Sra. Martinez from hospitality duo Chef Bernstein and David Martinez.
Beach Club Bar & Grill
Offering views of the resort’s exceptional pool landscape, Beach Club Bar & Grill will offer a Cuban sandwich with roasted pork, ham, mustard, pickles and Swiss cheese on Cuban bread; street corn with cotija crema, guajillo, cilantro and creole remoulade; and a pepito Sandwich, featuring skirt steak, tomato, avocado, relish, lettuce and cotija cheese.
Cipresso
Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s contemporary Italian dining destination will include spaghetti al salame iberico with freshly made spaghetti, chorizo Iberico, red, yellow and green peppers, red onions, garlic, white wine, parmesan cheese, blended oil and chopped parsley; and ropa vieja calzone with vacio, beef, tomatoes, mozzarella, onions, guacamole and sour cream.
Constant Grind
The resort’s artisanal coffee shop will feature a midnight sandwich with roasted pork, prosciutto, gruyere, cheese, pickles and yellow mustard on a sweet roll and a chicken tinga sandwich with refried black beans, chipotle caramelized onions, black olives, capers, cherry tomatoes, queso fresco and melted tomato on ciabatta bread.
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
The award-winning steakhouse will feature wagyu and manchego cheese croquettes with garlic saffron aioli, pickled shimeji, mushroom and chimichurri; and an A5 wagyu rib cap with aji amarillo sweet plantain mash, red, yellow and green peppers, chorizo cream and charred sweet peppers.
Hard Rock Sports Bar
A next-level approach to sports and entertainment, Hard Rock Sports Bar will feature Mexican corn with siracha aioli, cilantro cotija, cheese and lime and a chicken quesadilla with red onion, red pepper, Monterey jack cheese, cilantro and lime cream.
Kuro
The new-style Japanese restaurant will highlight a ceviche with branzino, cucumber, heirloom, tomato, lime, radish, orange, jícama, potatoes, jalapeño and orange segments; and kamameshi chicken and Japanese rice, chicken stock, cilantro, butter, chicken thighs, soy sauce, corn, green onions, parmesan cheese, salt, bamboo shoots and mushrooms.
Rise Kitchen & Deli
The 24-hour contemporary dining outlet will feature a quesadilla with black beans, red onions, peppers, Monterey jack, cheddar cheese and pico de gallo; and a marinated skirt steak churrasco with refried beans, white rice, fried yuca and chimichurri sauce.
Noches de Neón
Friday, Sept. 29
The Latin-inspired poolside party will take place on Friday, Sept. 29 from 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at The Guitar Hotel Pool. The event will feature live music from South Florida’s Bacilos, a Latin GRAMMY Award-winning band, most notably recognized for their 2003 album, “Caraluna.” Eat, drink and dance the night away while the audio-responsive feature on the guitar façade grooves to the beat of the music through a nightlight spectacular.
