The popular Cine Zarzuela series sold out all over South Florida this summer. If you missed it, you have one more chance to get a sneak peak of Luisa Fernanda, Florida Grand Opera’s first zarzuela — coming to Miami on November 12, 2011.
This time Florida Grand Opera is partnering with Mujeres Latinas to present Cine Zarzuela: Miramar. This final Cine Zarzuela event takes place on September 14 at 7 p.m. at the Ana G. Mendez University (3520 Enterprise Way, Miramar, FL 33025).
As before, the event features a screening of scenes from the DVD of Teatro Real de Madrid’s production of Luisa Fernanda led by resident opera expert Justin Moss as well as a catered reception courtesy of Mujeres Latinas.
