Caymus® Vineyards Wine Pairing Dinner Set for NYY Steak at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek Thursday, March 17

NYY Steak at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek will hold a Caymus® Vineyards Wine Pairing Dinner on Thursday, March 17.

The event will begin at 7:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception at Legends Lounge, followed by an innovative four-course meal at 8 p.m. featuring the following Caymus® Vineyards Wines – 2013 Mer Soleil® Reserve Chardonnay, 2013 Emmolo® Merlot, 2013 Caymus® Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, 2012 Caymus® “Special Selection” Napa Cabernet Sauvignon and Red Schooner® Voyage 2.

The courses will include Butter-Poached Cold Water Lobster Tail (1st), Bison Carpaccio (2nd) and Pan-Seared Wagyu Tenderloin (3rd). The dessert offered will be a Molten Chocolate Cake.

The evening’s host will be Matt Green, Florida Market Manager for the Wagner Family of Wine. He works closely with Southern Wine & Spirits to host consumer/trade tastings, educational events and wine dinners.
