Women in Watches Miami Is Coming to Miami Worldcenter — and the Conversation Is Overdue
WatchPro brings its Women in Watches forum to Miami on November 6, pairing two sharp panel discussions with brunch and networking at TIMELUXE inside Miami Worldcenter. Careers, design, and the female collector are finally center stage.
Part of our ongoing curation of what it means to live, love, and play in the Magic City.
London had it. New York had it. Now Miami gets its turn — and given how much this city has become a hub for luxury retail, watch culture, and the kind of collector who actually wears what she buys, the timing could not be better.
WatchPro's Women in Watches Miami arrives on Friday, November 6, 2026, at TIMELUXE inside Miami Worldcenter — running alongside the Watch Summit with TIMELUXE. Two panel discussions, brunch, and a room built for the kind of networking that actually leads somewhere.
The first panel — Women in Watchmaking: Careers in the Watch Industry — goes straight at the structural question: where are the pathways, where are the barriers, and what does it actually take to build a career in this industry as a woman? From the workshop bench to marketing leadership to retail strategy, the discussion will spotlight women who are already doing it and ask what the industry needs to do to keep them.
The second panel — Designing for Her: What Women Want From Watches Now — is the one the industry has been circling for years without quite landing. Smaller proportions versus bold complications. Jewellery-inspired dials versus traditionally "men's" references worn by female collectors who never asked for permission. The panel will ask whether dedicated women's collections still make sense — or whether the future is simply about giving women more of everything.
Headline sponsor is WOLF, with official event partners Madaluxe, Timex Group, and Rado. Panellists will be announced soon. The event is open to all — men included — framed as a shared learning forum for the wider watch industry.
Miami Worldcenter is the right room for this. The NE 1st Avenue corridor has become one of the most watched retail corridors in the country — Bloomingdale's, a growing luxury tenant mix, and now TIMELUXE anchoring the watch conversation at the center of it all. A forum about the future of women in watches belongs exactly here.
