A Physician-Guided Longevity Clinic Just Opened at The Moore in the Design District — No Membership Required

Healthy Longevity Clinic (HLC) opened its second Florida location on October 15 at The Moore — the private members' club and cultural landmark in Miami's Design District. The clinic is open to everyone, no membership required.

HLC chose Miami for the international crowd it draws from across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe, and The Moore because, as the team puts it, 'Longevity care shouldn't feel like a hospital visit.' The space — four treatment rooms, a dedicated movement and testing room, and the Longevity Lounge — is finished in green stone, warm wood, and earth tones. It feels far more like a retreat than a clinic.

Instead of reducing aging to a single 'biological age' number, HLC's proprietary Advanced Organ System uses machine-learning models built on data from more than 450,000 UK Biobank participants to show how nine different organ systems are aging — from cardiovascular and metabolic to nervous and musculoskeletal. Lead physician Dr. Aldo Guevara, a board-certified family medicine physician with more than three decades of experience, uses that view alongside labs and medical history to build a personalized plan.

The Healthy Longevity Plan — targeted labs, a physical exam, cardiovascular and body composition measurements, a physician consult, and a personalized 90-day plan — is the entry point. The more comprehensive HLC Longevity Baseline starts from $2,500. Deeper programs run up to HLC Signature, a 12-month program from $15,000.
