Mr. Zalewski is one of the region’s most trusted and recognized commentators, known for his foresight on market trends and shifts, the intricate detail of his research, and the candid nature of his analysis. In his presentation, he reviewed the many dynamics that are driving South Florida’s real estate market to new heights. He also offered positive predictions for the market’s sustained recovery over the next few years, highlighting the persistent influx of foreign investors and capital; the quantity and variety of options for real estate buyers; and the improved slate of cultural and entertainment choices available throughout the region. Upon departing the event, each Master Broker was presented with a lovely “succulent” plant as a special reminder of the evening.
