AltaMare Hosts October Pairings and Pours Wine Dinner

AltaMare’s wine pairing dinner returns this October as acclaimed restaurateur Claudio Giordano and Executive Chef Simon Stojanovic host a “Pairings and Pours” event, Tuesday, October 5 at 7:30 pm. Guests will be treated to a five course menu that will delight seafood and meat lovers alike with a variety of freshly-caught fish and organic meats. AltaMare works closely with local farms including Fudge, Paradise, and Swank Farms to hand-select the freshest ingredients.

Each dish is expertly paired with wines courtesy of Vias Wine Imports, one of the most well respected importers of Italian wines in the United States. Vias specializes in high quality wines and is committed to educating wine lovers on the broad and diverse flavors produced by Italian winemaking. This month’s wine pairings were carefully selected to highlight AltaMare’s innovative Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
