Uchi Miami continues its 2026 Summer Dining Series on August 20 at 6:30 p.m. with an exclusive collaboration between Uchi’s Chef de Cuisine Diana Martinez and Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized restaurant Cotoa and its founder, Executive Chef Alejandra Espinoza. Guests can join this intimate dining experience where Espinoza will match her progressive Ecuadorian cuisine with Uchi’s signature style.
